Exchanges & Returns

Exchanging or returning an item is easy. Try your purchase in the comfort of your home, and if you would like a different size or a refund, simply let us know. We can collect your return from your home, workplace, or an alternative address.


You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return.


You can create your exchange or return request through the “My Orders” section of your DIZAYNELLA.COM account.


Alternatively, if you placed your order as a guest, you can complete your return request here. Drop off your return at the nearest drop-off point or schedule a collection.


Returned items must be unused and have all DIZAYN&ELLA tags attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will be sent back to you.

Can I return the item I purchased?

Exchange & Return Process

If you decide to make an exchange or return, please contact us as soon as possible. You can follow the steps below within 28 days from the date you receive your order:


  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to the “My Orders” section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.

  3. Click the “CREATE EXCHANGE / RETURN” button.

  4. Select the reason for return. If you are requesting an exchange, please specify your preferred size.

  5. Accept the return policy.

  6. After checking the confirmation box, you will receive an email containing return instructions.


Return Invoice

  • Please sign the return proforma invoice included in the package.

  • If you do not have it, you can find a backup PDF in the shipment email.

  • For returns from Europe, three copies must be completed and signed.

  • Lost your return invoice? Contact us and we will send it to you by email.


Returning the Item

Drop off your package at the nearest ARAS KARGO branch.



Additional Information

International Returns

  • Returns must be sent from the country where the order was delivered. Returns sent from a different country may incur additional fees or customs delays.

  • To ensure secure and insured returns, our authorized couriers (DHL Express, UPS) should be used.

  • If returning with DHL, please ensure that DHL Express is used only. Services such as DHL Deutsche Post are not accepted.

  • If you choose to return your order using a different courier, the responsibility will be entirely yours. In this case, please send the item to the address below:

Refund & Return

When your return reaches us, you will receive a confirmation email.


Note: If you send your items in separate shipments, you will receive a separate confirmation email for each shipment.


Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a second refund confirmation email. You may choose to receive your refund as DİZAYN&ELLA Store Credit or as a refund to your original payment method.


Due to processing time differences between payment providers, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.


For customers outside Türkiye:
Customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded by DİZAYN&ELLA. However, you may contact your local customs office or work with a customs broker to request a refund of these taxes.

Repeated Returns Not in Compliance with the Return Policy

To make your online shopping experience even easier, we offer a flexible return policy.


We monitor the number of returns made by our customers to determine whether purchases are made for consumer purposes, or alternatively for commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional purposes, and/or for any fraudulent activity.


Frequent or repeated returns, as well as returns that violate our terms and conditions, will be flagged. In such cases, DİZAYN&ELLA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close your account or refuse future orders.

Our Return Policy

Condition of Returned Items


All items must be returned new and unused, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and with DİZAYN&ELLA tags attached (if applicable).


This includes all original packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if there are signs of wear or if the original condition of the item has been altered. Alternatively, we may reduce the applicable refund amount depending on the condition of the returned item.


Example Situations Where a Refund Deduction May Apply:

  • The item(s) have been used, worn, damaged, or washed;

  • The DİZAYN&ELLA tag has not been attached to or returned with the item;
    Note: These tags are considered an integral part of each product.

  • Packaging components considered an integral part of the product (e.g., a dust bag) have not been returned.

If we propose a reduced refund, you will be notified in advance. In such cases, you have the right to request that the item(s) be returned to you at your own expense instead of accepting the reduced refund.
